With the Alzheimer’s Family Caregiver and Support Program (AFCSP), you can assist Wisconsin families providing at-home care for a loved one with irreversible dementia.
The program is available to individuals with a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease or other dementia and their caregiver when the person with dementia and their spouse have a combined income of less than $48,000/year. Disease-related expenses should be deducted from the combined gross annual income amount. This program was established by the Wisconsin legislature in 1985.
