Now Hiring: Health Promotion Program Specialist

The Greater Wisconsin Agency on Aging Resources (GWAAR) is seeking a dedicated, full-time Health Promotion Program Specialist to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting Wisconsin’s county and tribal aging units and Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ADRC), with a primary focus on health promotion programming and supportive services.

As a Health Promotion Program Specialist, you will provide training, technical assistance, and program guidance to promote excellence and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. This is a full-time remote position with required travel throughout GWAAR’s 70-county, 11-tribe service region. The starting salary range is $66,000 to $71,000 annually.

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent related experience, is preferred. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.   Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and initiative are required.
