These are the qualities and ideals that make Wisconsin a nationally-recognized leader in helping older people and persons with disabilities stay healthy and independent. The 2018 Aging and Disability Network ACE Awards honor and celebrate those individuals and organizations whose contributions exemplify these qualities and serve as an inspiration to others.
Help us recognize the Achievement and Commitment to Excellence demonstrated across the state by submitting a nomination for an ACE Award. Winners will be selected by mid-August, and awards will be presented at the Aging and Disability Network Conference Friday, September 14, 2018.
Nominate an individual or organization in one of these categories:
Innovation Award recognizes new, creative approaches to the Wisconsin’s aging and disability network customers. This award recognizes those who bring creative ideas to life.
Best Practices Award recognizes outstanding and sustainable achievements in improving the delivery of services in the aging and disability network in Wisconsin.
Organizational Excellence Award recognizes an organization in Wisconsin committed to quality—as exemplified in the culture of the organization.
Advocacy Award recognizes an individual, group, or organization that impacted legislation, policy, or services for the benefit of others in Wisconsin.
Leadership Award recognizes an individual or organization demonstrating leadership characteristics in Wisconsin’s aging and disability network by successfully organizing a group of people to achieve a common goal.
Special Service Award recognizes an individual, group, or organization with long-term, exceptional commitment to serving customers through a wide spectrum of contributions.
