Seven Dimensions of Wellness:

There are seven Dimensions of Wellness and each of them interacts in a way that contributes to quality of life. The focus of the Prevention Summit this year will be on the Physical dimension, with the emphasis on how Nutrition impacts wellness and chronic disease.

The cost for this two-day conference is $50. Fill out the registration form and send it to Barbara Murray or fax to 866-813-0974. Because there is a short time before the conference, please submit your registration form before your payment if you are unable to get a check right away.

Guest Room Needs:

A group rate of $70.00 (or current state rate at time of event) single/double plus tax (unless exempt) is available until Wednesday, July 14. Complimentary deluxe continental breakfast included daily with hotel stay. Stoney Creek Inn (SCI) will block 75 rooms each night with overflow rooms available at the Grand Lodge. Rooms at the Grand Lodge will be offered at the same state rate. Rates at either location do not include water park passes, but passes may be purchased by guests at either location for discounted rate. Water park hours are subject to change but it is currently open Thursday evening, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
